Love your list! One day I'll make mine :). I'd like to make additional recs (if I may..take 'em or leave 'em):
ReplyDelete"Have a Little Faith" - Mitch Albom (If you loved "Tuesdays" you'll likely love this one too - another true story that makes you think)
"She's Come Undone" - Wally Lamb
"I Know This Much is True" - Wally Lamb
(I am currently reading "The Hour I First Believed" by WL - I'll let you know how that is)
I will also read anything and everything by David Sedaris and Augusten Burroughs. If you have not read Burroughs I *strongly* recommend him. He wrote "Running with Scissors" though my favorite of his is "Possible Side Effects."
You like the way I just threw these at you when you did not even ask? :)
Cool. Thanks. =)
ReplyDeleteYou know, I keep a tiny Moleskin in my purse which I use just for my reading list; check them off as I read them & write in new ones I want to read. (This saves loads of time at the bookstore.)
Have read several of Augusten Burroughs books (well, do audio books count?) & absolutely LOVE him. Have yet to check out Sedaris but it's on my list!
